What to Expect
Come as you are. People will be dressed comfortably – some in jeans or shorts, some in slacks or dresses. Whatever your attire, you’ll be welcome.
Hope's small but mighty congregation looks like God's kingdom in microcosm -- men and women of diverse ethnicities, old and young, straight and gay, English speakers and speakers of other first languages. All of us seek to grow deeper with God & others and reach wider to serve and share God's love with the world.
During the service, you will experience a blend of worship styles – a couple of classic hymns and contemporary worship songs with simple instrumentation. In addition to a message, you'll find seasons of prayer, Bible reading, and a couple of ancient forms of “liturgy” (which means “the work of the people”) – voicing a shared prayer of reconnection with God or other, long-explored words of faith. The Hope family interacts light-heartedly during "News of the Family," which identifies ways to grow deeper and reach wider beyond Sunday morning -- and which also showcases our commitment to whole-life discipleship in a fun and wholehearted manner. Worshipers also have a chance to contribute to God’s larger work in the world. Background-checked professionals provide care for preschool children and young elementary students in an adjacent, windowed room. Once a month, we celebrate the Lord's Supper (ordinarily the first Sunday). Worship lasts about an hour.

Directions To Services
We meet at 10 am Sundays for community worship at Lake Nona Middle School. Greeters will welcome you just inside the main entrance.
